For over six years, I’ve edited fiction and nonfiction manuscripts with a focus on literary craft and voice-driven storytelling. I’ve worked with independent presses, award-winning literary magazines, and emerging and established writers with books under contract. A comprehensive manuscript consultation includes:

• Developmental Editing – Big-picture narrative structure, character arcs, pacing, thematic cohesion, and more.

• Line Editing – Sentence-level clarity, rhythm, tone, and style. A editorial scalpel where needed.

• Revision Consultation – In-depth feedback reports and strategic guidance for revision.

• Optional Sensitivity Read – For writers engaging with characters, histories, or realities outside their lived experience, I offer an optional sensitivity read. This is an editorial service that focuses on the ethical and accurate representation of race, gender, sexuality, disability, and other facets of identity and lived experience. If your manuscript wades into complicated waters—cross-cultural narration, trauma depictions, systemic injustice—I can provide a thoughtful critique to help it land with clarity, care, and integrity. You can opt in for a sensitivity read as a standalone service or as an addition to a full edit.
